TaskFunnels PRO™ Members not only get access to our Virtual Assistant Management Systems, they also get access to a full library of support documentation and our support team can even be available to jump on a weekly group coaching call on zoom to help you with live troubleshooting sessions.
In addition to the TaskFunnels PRO™ middleware, members will also be provided with two Go High Level (GHL) sub accounts that have been preconfigured for you. Easily manage and organize your sales in one and organize your internal HR in your other GHL account. GHL is a powerful tool but many users complain that is has so many features it can be difficult to set up, which is why we will provide your accounts to you preconfigured with the same setups that we use to manage our own clients and contractors! We also provide the full suite of SOPs that you can turn over to your VAs so that they can run it all for you!
TaskFunnels PRO™ Membership Includes Access To ALL TaskFunnels Pro Software & Systems: You will get access to the Exact Software and Systems we built and used to run our fulfillment teams that have done the work for our own agencies. We've used this system to run our VA, Web Dev and Video Editing agencies.
What Does The System Do? The TaskFunnels PRO™ Virtual Assistant Management System handles billing, invoicing, payroll, time tracking, task management, live agent monitoring and activity tracking. It also sets you up for easy client & internal communications, outbound marketing and more. All of the systems are white labeled with your companies branding so you can put the best foot forward with your clients and workers.
White Labeled Custom Branded Web App: We will apply your existing branding to your TaskFunnels PRO™ software and then install it on a subdomain on your website. The web app is a smart site that will provide a custom login area for your clients. The system includes ties into the time tracking and billing systems that are integrated with TaskFunnels PRO™. This app will allow your clients to be able to easily login to view the live status of any of their tasks by the support team.
Preconfigured CRM Included: TaskFunnels PRO™ members will receive a two instances of our TaskFunnels branded Go High Level CRM. One to use with clients and one to use to communicate with workers and keep track of your HR records. The CRMs can be used to track client data and communicate and track activity for all of your clients and internal workers. You can send SMS, Email and even connect your FB messenger accounts to the CRM so that you can keep all of your communication in the same place.
Unlimited Agent Accounts: You can have an unlimited amount of agents that will be able to work in your virtual agency.
(*Please note that our system is a middleware and each agent that you add will need to have their own set of 3rd party tools in order to use the system. Each agent will require a paid seat on your Hubstaff and a seat on a Clickup Account in order for TaskFunnels PRO™ to function properly. However, the system is built to handle an unlimited amount of clients without any additional seats or software required.)
Prerecorded Training Modules: We will provide you with our prerecorded modules & SOPs that will allow you to learn best practices to setup new portals in the system for new clients and workers. It also has everything you need to be able to train your team how to use them so you will not have to waste your valuable time training your team how to work efficiently. Our training database is constantly being updates so as new features are added you will be provided with new training documentation to be able to utilize all of the new features.
*Group Coaching Sessions Included & 1:1 Coaching Is Also Available: We provide our users with frequent group coaching calls for free. If you would like to sign up for additional one on one coaching so that you can learn how to use and configure the system in a more private setting we can provide that for an additional fee.

This functionality grants you the ability to automatically bill them for any of the services rendered at the conclusion of each week or month. You have the flexibility to bill clients based on hourly rates, flat task rates, or even with a straightforward recurring retainer.
As billing transactions occur directly from your Stripe account, all card information will be truncated so whoever handles your billing will not have access to your clients card information. Simply bill their accounts and funds will be seamlessly routed to your bank account.

The monthly subscription costs only $497.
In addition to the montly subscription cost there is also a one time setup fee of $1000 if you would like us to build you out a website to go with it.
What else will you need to pay for?
• Clickup & Hubstaff - Each worker on your team will need a seat on Clickup & Hubstaff in order to have full functionality in our system. You will pay the fees for their accounts directly to Clickup and Hubstaff.
We Also Reccomend Using Slack, Zoom & Google - Depending on your needs we would also recommend getting each agent a seat on your Slack and Google Suite, but you might be able to make due with the free version of Slack and Google depending on your specific use case. We would be happy to help you map out your exact needs on 1:1 a call with with our Sales Team. We also reccomend having at least one paid seat on zoom for every 100 agents that you have.
